DEI was awarded the Wamesit Lanes design build project in the early part of 2015. The challenge for the project team was to complete the Electrical, Fire Alarm, Telcom and Structured Cabling, Security, Audio, and HVAC Controls scope in timely fashion, while continuing to design and redesign throughout the project to get the facility perfect and to the clients liking. Doing all this while staying on time and on budget was the challenge and which has been met in an expectation exceeding manor.
This was a very intricate project that once again allowed DEI Systems to show it’s wide range of expertise and specialty designs. This was again a chance for DEI to showcase the ability to handle every single item requiring power capabilities and or cabling. DEI was responsible for the following,
- Electrical Construction including New 1600amp 277/480volt Service
- Full Facility Emergency Generator
- Newly designed Fire Alarm System with Voice Evacuation
- Full Tele-Communications. Premise Wiring and all Structured Cabling
- Color Changing Lighting
- Audio System Cabling
- HVAC Control Wiring
- Newly designed Security Intrusion System & CCTV System
- Solar Systems Install
