DEI was awarded the Resonetics design build project in the early part of 2011. The challenge for the project team, run under the expertise of Northpoint Construction, was to take a building that had been single source since 1979 and turn it into a large tenant space, while breaking up the rest of the vacant space for future tenant leasing. All of this in a 4-month time frame.
This was a very intricate project that really allowed DEI Systems to show it’s wide range of expertise. DEI handled the following:
- Electrical Construction including clean room
- Add to Existing Fire Alarm System including adding boosters
- Full Tele-Communications. MDF room and IDF rooms
- New Security System and Card Access
- Tenant Sub Metering
- HD television system including VGA cabling
- Fully engineered and design drawings including new one-line power riser diagram
