This site was a new construction ground-up building located in Waltham, Ma. The site is a new 2-story healthcare facility consisting of exam rooms and medical offices. DEI Systems began the project in the spring 2013 and completed it by the summer 2013. Equipment consists of (2) rooftop air handling units, hot water system with (3) boilers and (4) hot water pumps, (32) VAV boxes, and (2) exhaust fans. DEI installed a network riser at each floor level in which all equipment will be brought to a central network panel in which the end user can view and control the energy management system through a personal computer.

This site is an addition to the existing Maria Hall building on the campus of Regis College located in Weston, Ma. The is a new 4-story building that will provide additional dorm room housing to students living on campus. The building will also contain a fitness area, activity rooms, and study lounges.
DEI Systems commenced the project in April of 2015 and was completed by the end of August 2015. Equipment consists of (2) rooftop air handling units, heating system heat exchangers w/hot water pumps, cooling system w/(1) chiller and chilled water pumps, (11) VAV boxes, (23) Fan Coil Units, and (50) dual temperature zone convectors. DEI installed a network riser at each floor level in which all equipment will be brought to a central network panel in which the end user can view and control the energy management system through a personal computer.

HVAC Control wiring of AHU’s, Chillers, and Boilers
This site was a remodel of an existing 2-story & 5 Story building located in Worcester, Ma.
The site serves as the main offices for the Department of Environmental Protection.
The project was commenced & completed during the summer of 2014 and was performed in addition to the electrical, fire alarm, and network systems.
DEI Systems was contracted by Accurate Air Incorporated to perform the wiring for the Zonex energy management system that controls (9) roof top units and 30 VAV boxes which this equipment was brought to a network head end panel where the system was commissioned & programmed.
