DEI has recently completed the Design Build Project that expanded the Mighty Squirrel’s brewing ability from 1,000 barrels to 7,000 annually. This project consisted of creating 6,000 SF (of the 22,700 SF) of empty shell space for subleasing purposes, 2-level brewing production facility, multiple taprooms, coffee bar / retail space, and supporting function facilities.
